Justo Jose Vela Rodenas

Justo Jose Vela Rodenas is an Associate Professor at the University of Murcia's Faculty of Economics and Business, where he is affiliated with the Department of Financial Economics and Accounting. His research focuses on economic-financial information systems, auditing, management control, and the interplay between accounting and taxation in Spain.

• PhD: Awarded by Universidad de Murcia (1997) with the thesis La nueva relación entre contabilidad y fiscalidad en España, supervised by Dr. Pedro Luengo Mulet.

He is a core member of the Economic-Financial Information: Accounting, Auditing, Management Control and Integrated Information research group and previously contributed to the Financial Economics and Accounting group.
