Justin F. Willett is a Researcher at the Missouri School of Journalism and serves as Research Director for the Novak Leadership Institute. His work focuses on leadership communication, workplace culture, and narrative persuasion in health contexts. He teaches undergraduate and graduate courses while mentoring students academically and professionally.
- Education: Ph.D. in Journalism from University of Missouri, Master of Health Administration from University of Missouri School of Medicine, and Bachelor of Journalism from University of Missouri School of Journalism.
Willett’s research explores how storytelling shapes health attitudes and behaviors, alongside leadership communication strategies to improve employee engagement. He actively contributes to academic discourse through teaching and research leadership, engaging students via the Gregory Scholars program for paid research opportunities.
