Justin Capes is an Associate Professor of Philosophy at Flagler College, located in the Department of Humanities within the School of Liberal Arts and Sciences. He holds a Ph.D. in Philosophy from Florida State University, an M.A. in Philosophy from Biola University, and a B.A. in History from Kennesaw State University.
His research focuses on ethics, metaphysics, and the philosophy of action, particularly exploring issues related to free will and moral responsibility. He has published extensively in top-tier journals, addressing topics such as the consequence argument, Frankfurt cases, and libertarian theories of free will.
