Justin Byars

Justin Byars is a Lecturer in the School of Accounting at the University of South Carolina's Darla Moore School of Business. He holds a BS in Accounting, MAcc from USC, and JD from the University of Florida.

With professional experience across CPA firms and legal practices, he teaches taxation and business law while maintaining part-time practice with Derrick Stubbs and Stith and Byars Law Firm, LLC. His instructional expertise spans tax compliance, business law applications, and legal considerations for accounting professionals.
