Justin Bastow

Justin Bastow is an Associate Professor in the Department of Biology at Eastern Washington University (EWU). He holds a BA in Integrative Biology from the University of California, Berkeley, and a PhD in Population Biology from the University of California, Davis. His postdoctoral research was conducted at the Bodega Marine Laboratory.

His research expertise focuses on Ecosystem Ecology, Soil Ecology, Restoration Ecology, and Insect Ecology. His work integrates ecological principles to address environmental challenges, including habitat restoration and biodiversity conservation.
