Junious DeMonica is an Assistant Professor at the University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB), School of Nursing. With a PhD in Nursing Science and certifications in leadership and health systems, he focuses on emotional intelligence, imposter syndrome in African American faculty, and workforce dynamics. He serves as the Interim ENL Track Coordinator and teaches graduate nursing courses.
