Jun Cai is a Professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Concordia University. He holds the PERFORM Research Chair and is a Senior Member of IEEE (SMIEEE). His work focuses on cutting-edge technologies in next-generation wireless networks and distributed learning paradigms.

Dr. Cai's research spans multiple domains in modern telecommunications and computational systems:
