Julio Cesar Medina Lopez

Julio Cesar Medina Lopez is a Professor in the Department of World Languages & Cultures at Sam Houston State University (SHSU), specializing in Spanish language instruction and applied linguistics. Originally from Querétaro, Mexico, he holds an MA in Spanish from SHSU and is currently pursuing a PhD in Spanish Applied Linguistics at the University of Houston.
