Juliette Vazard is a Post-doctoral researcher at Central European University, currently affiliated with the Knowledge in Crisis Project. Her academic work intersects philosophy of mind, epistemology, and cognitive science, focusing on the epistemic functions of affective states such as anxiety, hope, and despair. She explores how these emotions influence doubt, reasoning, and engagement with crises like climate change.
