Dr. Juliet Carpenter is a Reader in Housing and Urban Regeneration at the School of the Built Environment, Oxford Brookes University. Her research focuses on urban regeneration, community engagement, participatory planning, and European urban policy, with a particular emphasis on the French banlieue and sustainable development.
