Dr. Julien Joseph Pierre Javaloyes is a full-time Professor at the Department of Physics, University of the Balearic Islands (UIB), with a focus on advanced physics education and research. He teaches core and specialized courses in Photonics, Lasers, Optics, and Dynamical Systems across both undergraduate (Physics Degree in Mallorca) and Master's programs (Advanced Physics and Applied Mathematics).
His research is centered in the ONL (Optics and Nonlinear Sciences) research group, where he leads experimental and theoretical investigations in laser photonics, nonlinear optics, and quantum computing. He also contributes to interdisciplinary studies in soft matter physics and electronic technology.
