Julien Barroche

Julien Barroche is an HDR Lecturer in Public Law at Sciences Po Lyon and a member of the Triangle laboratory (UMR 5206). His research focuses on the European Union's political form, citizenship, subsidiarity, and the intersection of legal and political theory. He holds a PhD from the Paris II Panthéon-Assas University (2010) and an HDR from the same institution (2019).
