Julie Sallquist, Ph.D., is an Adjunct Graduate Faculty member at Martin Luther College (MLC). She holds a doctoral degree in Psychology with an emphasis in child development from Arizona State University (ASU), completed in 2009. Her research focuses on social and emotional development in young children, positive parenting, and early childhood education. Previously, she served as an Assistant Research Professor and Sanford Fellow at ASU’s School of Social and Family Dynamics (2009–2012), directing studies on adolescent collaboration and preschool curriculum development.
