Julie Saam is an Associate Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs for Faculty Development and Campus Assessment, Director of the Center for Teaching, Learning and Assessment (CTLA), and Professor of Education at Indiana University Kokomo. She teaches methods courses in science and mathematics education.
