Julie Riise

Julie Riise is a Professor at the Department of Economics, University of Bergen, specializing in health economics, labor economics, and public policy. Her research examines how social policies impact health outcomes and labor market behavior, with significant work on elderly care systems, maternal health policies, gender disparities in healthcare, and workforce distribution in low-resource settings.

Her research interests focus on:
