Dr. Julie Raschen is a Clinical Assistant Professor & Assistant Chair in the Department of Leadership, Research, and School Improvement at the University of West Georgia's College of Education. She transitioned to academia after a 30-year career in K-12 public schools, holding roles such as classroom teacher, principal, and Director of Assessment. Her expertise spans curriculum design, school improvement strategies, and educational leadership.
