Julie McLaughlin Schmidt serves as an Assistant Professor in the Political Science, International Studies & Sociology Department at Queens University of Charlotte's College of Arts & Sciences, where she teaches Medical Sociology, Sociology of Mental Health, Gender and Society, Sociology of the Family, Social Problems, and Introduction to Sociology courses.
