Julie Lapping Rivera is a Lecturer in Art at Smith College. She works primarily in woodcut combined with collage, often collaborating with artists and poets. Her recent collaborative projects include a sculptural installation at Art in the Orchard and an ongoing portrait and poetry project honoring under-recognized women in history.
