Dr. Julie Eshleman is an Honorary Research Fellow at the University of Stirling's Faculty of Social Sciences, affiliated with the Dementia and Ageing research group. Her work focuses on assistive technology implementation in care settings and organizational support structures. She holds a Masters in Education (Low-Incidence Disabilities and Autism) and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Organisational Psychology, and is pursuing a PhD in Sociology and Social Policy. Eshleman has over 20 years' experience in social care and education, specializing in supporting disabled individuals through technology and behavioral systems analysis. Her current research examines factors influencing technology outcomes for disabled adults in care environments.
Professional Qualifications: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), qualified teacher in USA/UK.
