Julianne Angel

Julianne Angel is an Instructor of Clinical Occupational Therapy at the USC Chan Division of Occupational Science and Occupational Therapy, affiliated with Keck Hospital of USC. Her clinical and academic work focuses on improving care for individuals post-stroke, acquired brain injuries, and mental health in intensive care units (ICUs). She holds a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from the University of the Philippines Manila and has over a decade of experience in acute care settings, including training at a Level 1 trauma center in Washington, DC. Her doctoral research at Boston University examines the occupational therapist’s role in addressing mental health within adult ICUs. Currently, she provides direct patient care while serving as a clinical faculty member.
