Julianna Thibodeaux is a part-time Assistant Professor of Liberal Arts at Montserrat College of Art, located in the Boston area. She teaches courses such as Native American Art, Italian Renaissance Art, Creative Nonfiction, and Humanities, alongside roles as a writing coach and tutor. A multidisciplinary artist, she also engages in painting and photography, with her works featured on her website.
Education:
- MFA in Interdisciplinary Arts from Goddard College
- BA in Journalism from Indiana University
Research and creative interests span art history, creative writing pedagogy, and cultural documentation through photography. She actively contributes to the arts community through her founding of the Marblehead Writers’ Workshop (2014), offering creative writing courses across Boston’s North Shore. Current projects include a novel in final revisions and a memoir in draft stages.
