Dr. Julian Hough is an Associate Professor of Human-Computer Interaction at Swansea University, affiliated with the School of Mathematics and Computer Science under the Faculty of Science and Engineering. His research focuses on improving human-agent interaction through Natural Language Processing (NLP) and AI, emphasizing ethical and quality outcomes in human-robot collaboration.
His work spans Human-Robot Interaction (HRI), dialogue systems, and cognitive applications of speech technology.
