Professor Julian Grant is an Associate Dean (Research) at Charles Sturt University’s Faculty of Science and Health, holding a position in the School of Nursing, Midwifery and Indigenous Health. He holds degrees including a BN (Hons 1A), Grad Cert Paeds, Grad Cert CCHN, and PhD. His roles include Associate Editor of the Journal of Child Health Care and Immediate Past President of Maternal Child and Family Health Nurses Australia (2011-2015, 2018).
Education background includes a focus on pediatric nursing and community health nursing certifications, alongside a PhD. His research expertise centers on health inequities affecting children and families, particularly those vulnerable due to race, gender, or class intersections, and those exposed to abuse/neglect.
