Julia Sobolik is a Research Fellow in the Environmental Health Group at the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine (2023-present) and a PostDoctoral Fellow in the Hubert Department of Global Health at Emory University. She holds a PhD in Environmental Health Sciences from Emory University (2023), an MPH from Emory, an MS from the University of Washington, and dual BSc degrees from Oregon State University. Her research focuses on food safety, occupational exposures, and infectious disease transmission, particularly norovirus and SARS-CoV-2 in agricultural and food manufacturing settings.
