Julia Romberger is an Associate Professor of English at Old Dominion University's College of Arts & Letters, specializing in digital rhetoric, ecofeminism, and writing pedagogy.

Research examines the intersection of technology and writing, including institutional roles of writing technologists, ecofeminist approaches to environmental rhetoric, and peer review methodologies. Received a $5,000 grant from the Old Dominion Research Foundation (2008) for studying computer interfaces as rhetorically determined spaces.
