Julia Lyman is a Lecturer and Project Coordinator at Utah State University (USU), affiliated with the Department of Special Education and Rehabilitation Counseling within the Emma Eccles Jones College of Education and Human Services. She holds a B.S. in Special Education and Elementary Education (2000) and an M.Ed. in Special Education (2017), both from USU.
