Julia Handl

Julia Handl is a Professor in Decision Sciences at Alliance Manchester Business School, University of Manchester, and a member of the European Laboratory for Learning and Intelligent Systems (ELLIS). Her interdisciplinary career spans computer science, optimization, and biomedical applications.
