Julia Chang is a tenured Professor in the Department of Physical Therapy at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), with a joint affiliation in the Department of Neurosurgery at the David Geffen School of Medicine. She coordinates the foundation science curriculum for her department and leads the UCLA Neurosurgery BioBank and UCLA Rare Epilepsies Brain Disease Tissue Bank (REBDTB).
