Judith A. Gadde, DO, MBA is an Associate Professor in the Department of Radiology at Northwestern University's Feinberg School of Medicine, with subspecialty expertise in Pediatric Radiology. She holds clinical appointments at Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago, Northwestern Memorial Hospital, and affiliated centers. Dr. Gadde completed her Diagnostic Radiology residency at Christiana Care Health System (serving as Chief Resident) and dual fellowships in Neuroradiology (University of Wisconsin) and Pediatric Neuroradiology (Children's Hospital of Philadelphia).
Her research focuses on pediatric neuroimaging, including central nervous system pathologies, orbital anomalies, glymphatic system function, and autism spectrum disorders during infancy. She maintains strong interests in radiology education, professional society leadership, and career development for young radiologists.
Recent publications demonstrate her work on neuro-ophthalmic correlations, glymphatic pathway imaging in infants, and challenges facing early-career neuroradiologists. Her scholarly output reflects consistent engagement with neurodevelopmental disorders and medical education innovation.
