Juan Hernández

Juan Hernández is a Professor in the Department of Business Law at Universidad del País Vasco (UPV/EHU) with a PhD in Law from the same institution. He specializes in transnational corporations, international law, human rights, and social movements, particularly focusing on corporate power dynamics in Latin America. His research critiques neoliberal policies and explores the impacts of transnational enterprises on democracy and rights.

He is affiliated with the Observatorio de Multinacionales en América Latina and contributes to movements like Desmantelando el Poder Corporativo and the Tribunal Permanente de los Pueblos (TPP).
