Juan Flaquer Riutort

Juan Flaquer Riutort is Full Professor of Commercial Law at the University of the Balearic Islands, where he leads research in commercial law and technology intersections. Member of the 'Law and New Technologies' research group.

Research examines legal frameworks for e-commerce, tourism services, and corporate insolvency. Authored six monographs and over forty articles addressing contemporary challenges in commercial transactions and digital economies.

Coordinates courses on Corporate Law and supervises final degree projects in Law, Business Administration, and Tourism programs. Teaches fundamental principles of commercial legislation and transactional law.
