Dr. Juan Carlos Belliard is a Professor at Loma Linda University School of Public Health, with a PhD from Claremont Graduate University (2002) and an MPH from Loma Linda University (1995). He has served in administrative roles as Assistant Vice President for Community Partnerships and led numerous community-engaged research initiatives.
