Dr Ju Li Ng is a Senior Lecturer (Education-Focused) in the Work and Organisational Studies Discipline at the University of Sydney Business School. She is the Academic Lead for the Education-Focused Community of Practice and a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. Her expertise spans educational innovation, organisational behaviour, and healthcare access. She holds a PhD from the University of Queensland, a Master of Arts (Communication) from Universiti Sains Malaysia, and a Bachelor of Business Administration (Honours) from Universiti Utara Malaysia.
Research Interests: Dr Ng’s work focuses on team processes in organisational and healthcare settings, leadership dynamics, and pedagogical innovations. She leads a $2.1M National Disability Insurance Agency grant to improve healthcare access for people with communication disabilities. Her educational research emphasizes reflective learning and feedback mechanisms, including tech-enabled peer assessment systems like SRES.
