João Tiago Paulo is an Assistant Professor at the University of Minho and a Senior Researcher at INESC TEC. He obtained his PhD in Computer Science from the MAP-i Doctoral Program, focusing on large-scale distributed systems, storage, and database scalability, performance, security, and dependability. His work addresses complex data management challenges in Cloud Computing and HPC environments.
