João Rebelo

João Rebelo is a Full Professor at the University of Trás-os-Montes and Alto Douro (UTAD) since 2002, specializing in Microeconomics, Industrial Organization, and Econometrics. He has held roles such as Vice-President of the board of the European Association of Wine Economics since 2020 and coordinates major research projects in wine and tourism economics. His research focuses on productive efficiency, consumer/producer behavior, and the interplay between wine and tourism sectors.
