Joy H. Chang

Dr. Joy H. Chang is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry at the University of Maryland School of Medicine. Her clinical expertise spans addiction psychiatry, emergency psychiatry, sports psychiatry, and mental health treatment for co-morbid conditions, with a focus on innovative care delivery through telepsychiatry and multidisciplinary collaboration.
