Research Interests: Her work applies cognitive linguistic frameworks to analyze how narrative structure, style, and viewpoint alignment influence audience understanding, engagement, and behavioral intentions. Key domains include discourse optimization for strategic communication, narrative health interventions, and perspective-taking mechanisms in textual discourse.
Publication Trends: Recent publications (2019-2023) consistently explore narrative applications in health contexts—chronic Lyme disease patient experiences, childbirth narratives, vaccination communication, and schizophrenia discourse—using cognitive linguistic analysis to examine viewpoint representation and communicative efficacy.
