Josie Barth is an Assistant Professor of Film and Media Studies at Bucknell University, specializing in postwar U.S. media history with a focus on television and radio. Her research investigates how new media technologies historically reshaped relationships with domestic spaces, social dynamics, and cultural anxieties. A Ph.D. graduate of McGill University, she brings expertise in gender studies, genre analysis, and the intersection of technology and society.
