Joshua Bienstock

Joshua Bienstock is an Associate Professor in the Department of Human Resource Management at the New York Institute of Technology (New York Tech), with a focus on Labor and Employment Law and Alternative Dispute Resolution. He has been affiliated with New York Tech since 2006 and also serves as a certified Continuing Legal Education (CLE) instructor for the New York State Bar.

Bienstock's research explores conflict resolution in higher education and cross-cultural approaches to negotiation, mediation, and arbitration. He has conducted extensive international lectures in China (Guangzhou, Nanjing, Shanghai, Beijing) and collaborated on projects addressing workplace harmony influenced by digital social networking services.

He is actively engaged in teaching courses such as Business Law, Alternative Dispute Resolution, and Hospitality Law.
