Josh Davis is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Journalism, College of Humanities, San Francisco State University. As a journalist, filmmaker, and educator, he has worked with institutions such as VICE News Tonight on HBO, The New York Times, NPR, and MediaStorm. He earned an M.A. in Journalism from UNC-Chapel Hill and has received numerous awards, including the Peabody Award and multiple Emmy Awards.
