Joseph T. Fan, MD, is an Associate Professor at Loma Linda University School of Medicine with dual appointments in the Department of Ophthalmology and the Basic Sciences' Pharmacology Division. He earned his Doctor of Medicine from UC San Diego in 1990.
Dr. Fan's research focuses on retinal diseases, ophthalmic imaging, and clinical therapeutics. Key areas include:

- Retinal imaging technologies (two-photon laser scanning)
