Joseph T Mahoney

Joseph T. Mahoney is the Caterpillar Chair and Professor of Business Administration at the Gies College of Business, University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He also serves as Associate Director of the Illinois Strategic Organizations Initiative (ISOI). His research focuses on strategic management, organizational economics, and governance theory, emphasizing topics like resource-based views, transaction costs, stakeholder management, and firm growth dynamics.
