Joseph Bueter

Joseph Bueter is an Associate Teaching Professor of English at Pennsylvania State University, serving as Marketing and Recruitment Coordinator and Special Assistant to the Digital English Studio. He holds an MEd and BA from Penn State and an MFA from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.

His research focuses on integrating technology with writing and education, emphasizing constructivist learning environments and the intersection of physical-virtual learning spaces. He explores how Web 2.0 technologies democratize technical and artistic skills. Bueter has published poetry in journals such as The Southern Humanities Review, Vassar Review, and Tar River Poetry, and has participated in literary residencies like the Virginia Center for the Creative Arts.
