Joseph B. Farhat is a Professor of Finance and former Dean of the School of Business (2019-2022) at Central Connecticut State University. He serves as Finance Co-Chair and holds leadership roles on critical university committees including Promotion and Tenure, University Planning and Budget, and Board of Regents Teaching and Research Award Committees. During his deanship, he secured AACSB reaccreditation, established innovative programs, and created state-of-the-art labs including the Business Analytics and Research Lab.
