José A. Cobos

José A. Cobos is a Full Professor at the Technical University of Madrid (UPM), School of Industrial Engineering, where he has been a faculty member since 1991 and attained the rank of Full Professor in 2001. He chairs the Industrial Council at the Center of Industrial Electronics (CEI-UPM) and has held prestigious visiting positions including RCC Fellow at Harvard University and Fulbright Scholar at UC Berkeley.
