Jorge Maiz Chacón is an Adjunct Professor in the Department of History and Theory of Art at the University of the Balearic Islands, affiliated with the College of Historical Sciences and Theory of the Arts. His part-time role involves teaching courses including Medieval History of the Balearic Islands, Palaeography and Diplomatics, and History of Spain: Early Middle Ages across multiple degree programs.
