Jorge Amich Elias is an Honorary Lecturer (Teaching & Research) at the University of Manchester, affiliated with the Division of Evolution, Infection and Genomics. His research focuses on fungal metabolism, particularly in Aspergillus fumigatus, exploring virulence traits, antifungal targets, and sulfur metabolism's role in pathogenicity.
