Jordan Rullo, Ph.D., is an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Clinical Psychology at the University of Utah, specializing in sexual health and clinical psychology. He holds a PhD in Clinical Psychology from the University of Utah (2011), an MS (2008), and a BA from Indiana University (2004). His research focuses on evidence-based treatments for sexual dysfunction, mindfulness interventions, and improving medical education around sexual health. Notably, he led a 2-year randomized controlled trial at the Mayo Clinic on mindfulness-based treatments for female sexual dysfunction.
His research interests include clinical applications of sexual health interventions, patient perceptions of multidisciplinary care, and inclusivity in clinical intake practices. He is an AASECT-certified sex therapist and Gottman Certified Therapist, emphasizing practical, patient-centered care. Key publications address sexual history-taking in medical education, genital vibration therapies, and antidepressant-induced sexual dysfunction.
