Jordan Quaglia is an Associate Professor of Contemplative Psychology at Naropa University, where he directs the Cognitive and Affective Science Laboratory (CASL) and serves as Research Director for the Center for the Advancement of Contemplative Education (CACE). His work bridges mindfulness training, compassion research, and neuroscience to explore how contemplative practices transform individual and collective wellbeing.

Research Interests: Quaglia investigates the intersections of meditative cognition, emotion regulation, and social interaction. He employs first-, second-, and third-person methodologies, including EEG, ecological momentary assessment, and qualitative interviews, to capture multidimensional effects of contemplative training.
