Jonell Allen

Jonell Allen is a Lecturer at the Indiana University School of Nursing, specializing in the Community & Health Systems department. With over 50 years of healthcare experience, she joined IU in January 2016 to focus on the second phase of her career, teaching Leadership, Obstetric Clinicals, and Capstone Clinicals.

• DNP and MSN from Indiana University
• BSN from George Mason University

Her expertise spans Nursing Leadership, Perinatal Nursing, and Community Health Systems. She serves as Course Leader for Leadership and oversees Adjunct Leadership Clinical Faculty across hospital partners.

• Registered Nurse in Obstetrics (RNC-OB)

Dr. Allen also contributes to academic governance as a member of the Admission, Progression, Graduation Committee.
